All products are subject to availability.


Please allow our staff to check stock and give feedback 1-2 days after the inquiry. We will inform you as soon as possible if products are available or otherwise. Should the latter be the case, we will update you regarding schedule of shipments or recommend other products that may also be fit to your needs.

Price Policy

Unit prices are based on minimum quantity.


Unit prices listed are based on the minimum quantity stated per product, in accordance with the chosen print requirements.

Order quantities below the minimum stated may cause variations in pricing. Official pricing will be given upon request of formal quotation.

All prices are subject to change, without prior notice to client.

Payment Policy

All orders are subject to downpayment.


50% Down payment is required upon approval of quotation.

100% Full payment is required 3 days before delivery date, in order to allow clearing.

In the event that the client fails to comply with the payment policy, Prime Line Gifts & Premiums may deem the order cancelled.

Returns


You have 3 working days to return items from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging it was given in.

Before returning the item to us, please make sure to inform our staff at sales@primelinegifts.ph regarding your complaint and why you are sending the item back. Reasons for return must be approved by management, before they may be replaced with new stocks.

We will not accept items with invalid reasons.

Refund and Replacement

Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise stated by management. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
